Job Responsibilities
1. Based on the department's strategy, proactively develop new customers, collect customer information, and facilitate the achievement of sales targets;
2. In accordance with the performance indicators assigned by the department, report progress on a weekly basis, put forward reasonable customer forecasts, and complete sales tasks;
3. Be responsible for the entire sales process at all stages, including lead verification, solution selection, sample delivery for testing, quotation, procurement contract finalization, delivery, and payment collection;
4. Regularly organize market information and provide suggestions on products, quotations, etc.;
5. Resolve customer issues, maintain effective communication and coordination with various departments of the company, and ensure the final resolution of feedback and problems;
6. Comply with the department's performance evaluation, reward and punishment system.
Job Requirements
1. College degree or above, with at least 1 year of sales experience in the relevant industry;
2. Quick response, excellent expression skills, strong communication ability and negotiation skills, and an approachable personality;
3. Strong market analysis and control capabilities, as well as the ability to operate in the market independently;
4. Strong ambition and high pressure resistance;
5. Experience in computer accessories is preferred;
6. Able to adapt to frequent business trips.
